Meet Beth
Hi! I’m a neurodivergent somatic mental health counselor specializing in supporting individuals through life’s challenges, with a focus on trauma Neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, and women’s issues. I have experience working with ADHD, Autism, stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and low self-esteem.
I believe that healing is not done in a vacuum and that it is inherently linked to the broader social context in which we live. It is my intention to approach each person with compassionate curiosity and deep respect for their individual experiences and identities while acknowledging the impact of systemic oppression and inequalities as well as my own social locations, power and privilege.
I integrate principles from somatic body psychotherapy and Yogic philosophy, all designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind and soul. My work blends vagal toning exercises, developmental movement sequencing, Internal Family Systems parts work, mindfulness, and attachment theory to create space for both immediate relief and lasting personal growth. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, identity exploration or emotional overwhelm, my goal is to support your innate resilience and the rebuilding of trust with yourself.
When I am not in the office, I am teaching or taking Yoga and fitness classes, reading voraciously, or skiing/hiking (depending on the season). I try to spend as much as my free time as possible with family, friends, and my senior Italian Greyhound.
